Total Chalet Services are a small, family run business, offering a variety of services to ensure your holiday is hassle free and enjoyable. From organising ski hire, to delivering home cooked meals, please find below are some of the services you could take advantage of during your holiday:

Transfers

Total Chalet Services work with local, legally registered and insured mini-bus providers to offer some of the most competitively priced private, or shared, transfer services. This year shared transfers are from 32.5€pp each way and 195€ for a private 8 seater minibus each way.

Ski Hire

Crowded ski hire shops are a thing of the past. We have partnered with Ski-Mobile who deliver and fit your ski equipment to your door on the day of your arrival. Ski-Mobile offer good quality equipment at competitive prices, a generous online discount, and are happy to return after your first day skiing if you aren’t completely comfortable with your equipment.  Just follow these very simple steps to ensure a relaxed start to your holiday.

2. Click ‘Book Online’ at the top of the page

3. Go through the easy-to-navigate online form selecting your equipment and filling out your details.

4. Select ‘Total Chalet Services’ from the drop down list labelled ‘Holiday Operator’

5. Select the Chalet you are staying in under ‘Accommodation’(If you can't find your accommodation give us a call and we will get it added.

6. Click on Finish Booking

Alternatively the closest ski hire shop to the apartment is Intersport which is situated next to the SuperMorzine Telecabine, just 4 minutes’ walk from Le Plein Soleil over the suspension bridge.

Lift Pass

Pre-book your lift passes online, send Total Chalet Services a copy of your email confirmation and we will have all your lift passes ready and waiting for you in your chalet for just €15. Please ensure lift passes are booked to be collected from the bottom stations of Pleney or Les Gets lift pass office. To book online, simply go to:

Shopping

Total Chalet Services can take the burden of first night shopping from you. Simply email your shopping list at least 3 days before you arrive, and for €20 or 10% of your bill, whichever is greatest, plus the cost of your shopping, we will have it ready and waiting in your chalet when you arrive. We collect payment in cash for shopping within 48 hours of your arrival in resort.

Cooking

Total Chalet Services have an extensive menu of tasty home-cooked meals which are delivered to your chalet, ready to re-heat when you return from a days skiing. We also supply home-made cakes and cookies. We have attached our current menu options for the food that can be delivered to the door or you can make use of our chalet host service for an extra fee. (all details are on the menu). Up to date menus are available on our website.

Daily Cleans

Total Chalet Services offer a variety of cleaning options during your stay. From a breakfast table clear, to a full midweek clean. Please contact Total Chalet Services for prices.

Breakfast Delivery

Have fresh bread, croissants and other essentials delivered to your chalet from €15 daily, plus the grocery bill. Deliveries will arrive before 8am.

Babysitting

If you fancy a night but and have younger children, we have a team of trustworthy, reliable babysitters who are happy to help. We can also offer ad-hoc childcare during the day. Message us for details. Prices from 15€ per hour.
